Athens, Greece – 21 May 2010 – Coca‑Cola Hellenic Bottling Company (Coca‑Cola Hellenic) announces in accordance with article 19, para. 2 of Law, that it intends to amend article 2 of its Articles of Association regarding the Company’s objects, by decision of the Annual General Meeting of its shareholders which has been scheduled to take place on Monday 21st June 2010, at 11:00 a.m. at the Shopping Mall “The Mall Athens”, at the Village Cinemas, Room Europa 05, (35 Andreas Papandreou Street, Maroussi).
