Athens, Greece – November 26, 2003 – Coca‑Cola Hellenic Bottling Company S.A. (Coca‑Cola HBC, CCHBC), announced today that due to an intergroup transaction it acquired the 100% of the share capital of Coca‑Cola Bottlers (Ulster) Limited, a Coca‑Cola bottler based in Northern Ireland, from CC Beverages Holdings II B.V. a holding company based in the Nederlands which is a 100% subsidiary.
