Athens, Greece – February 9, 2006 – Coca‑Cola Hellenic Bottling Company S.A. (Coca‑Cola HBC, CCHBC) announces, at the request of the Greek Capital Markets Commission, that it is in very preliminary discussions with C. Cardassilaris & Sons S.A. (a dry nuts company listed in the Athens Exchange) concerning a possible co-operation.

At this stage it is not possible to predict whether these discussions will result in any form of agreement.
