Sustainability awards for Coca‑Cola HBC Poland

Coca‑Cola HBC Poland took first place in the FMCG sector in the national Ranking of Socially Responsible Companies - and was also honoured with a Silver CSR Leaf by the country’s largest weekly news magazine.

For the second year running, Coca‑Cola HBC Poland took first place in the nationwide Ranking of Socially Responsible Companies in the consumer goods (FMCG) category. We were also ranked third in the general classification – moving up one position compared to 2015.

It is a great team success and proof that our actions in sustainable development are recognised by professional bodies.

The ranking is organised by Dziennik Gazeta Prawna, a leading business daily, and the Responsible Business Forum, one of Poland’s largest NGOs. It’s a well-established and recognised way of evaluating businesses when it comes to Corporate Social Responsibility, allowing for comparisons at both national and sector levels and providing valuable insights and good practices for future development.

Out of the 101 companies applying this year, 70 made it to the final Ranking of Responsible Companies.

Further recognition for our work - and another award - came from Poland's largest weekly, Polityka, which honoured us with a Silver CSR Leaf. This distinction is awarded to the companies making the biggest contribution to Poland’s sustainable economic and social development – businesses that incorporate all key aspects of ISO 26000 into their daily operations, uphold international standards and are guided by the best global and local practices.

Established in 1957, Polityka is one of the longest-running and best-selling weekly news magazines in Poland. It offers news and analysis about Polish current events, world news, economic, cultural and social issues.
