How will you succeed in this role?

In your new role, you'll receive support to successfully accomplish both daily tasks and your development goals. A buddy will guide and introduce you to the business.. You'll have clear directions and top-notch sales tools to track your progress and meet your targets. Additionally, you'll learn effective techniques in our Sales Academy and will have access to digital solutions providing valuable sales insights.

What will your main responsabilities be?

  • Maintain relationships with existing clients in your assigned area and contribute to developing the client portfolio.
  • Work effectively in a team and believe that "we" matters more than "I".
  • Be sociable and enjoy building long-lasting relationships with business partners.
  • Understand the market and identify opportunities that help in creating strategic plans and investments.
  • Negotiate contracts, ensure product visibility and availability, and execute merchandising standards.
